TYPICITY is meaningless here since this beer is a category buster. It just won the gold medal in the US Open Beer Championships in the "experimental beer category" ie best beer of the year. This is an insanely refreshing, bright, palate cleansing, pretty, sparkler of a beer. If you think of a mimosa of beers - that gives an indication of what to expect from Lambrucha.
