This very hoppy red has a pleasant bitterness and nice balance of malty sweetness that you would expect from a red. The label says "Triple Hopped" so I guess they are on target. There is a hint of chocolate in the aftertaste. Would be good when you don't want a knock out IPA, but still want a little hoppy sting mixed with your malt. March 24, 2011
