It is a medium bodied single hop beer with Citra hops from the Yakima Valley, US. It was very light in color with a floral nose and average alcohol level (6.2%). The beer went very well with the fish and chips that I paired it with at the brewpub. It would be a very pleasant and refreshing beer to drink on a warm summer's day while enjoying some pizza or a sandwich. I thought this was a very drinkable beer. February 21, 2011
