Filled with spices on the nose, like a batch of fresh made zucchini bread. On the palate it's malty, with notes of Concord grape and starfruit, and a smooth finish. It's strong, yet classy, like a classic muscle car... say a '69 Mach 1 Mustang 428 Cobra. I was impressed, and a fellow taster exclaimed, "Too bad it took them 30 years to create this beer." :) October 13, 2010
