Bell's Oberon
I don't normally like wheat beers, but Oberon is one of the few things I miss from Michigan. Oberon is a perfect summer brew, light but flavorful, and just easy to drink. The best Halloween party I've ever been to was powered by a late-season keg of Oberon. It brings back good memories. Drink it outside, on a summer evening, with an orange slice in a tall glass.
What can you say about Oberon that hasn't been said a million other places? It's sweet, light, and tastes like summer. An orange brew, strong on the wheat scent, with citrus and hop notes. Get it on tap if you can. September 22, 2010
